Shipping Information
We ship all orders via USPS with tracking included. Processing time for most items is 2–4 business days, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days after shipment. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be discussed during the design phase.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have questions about your delivery, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged item, wrong product, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right.
